Grid
Ideal for cooking baked potatoes and fry food.
For toasting, baking, and general cooking in casserole dishes and standard pans.
Crumb-collecting tray: For crumb or fallen food particles collection. Pulls out for easy cleaning.
Note: Be careful when removing hot liquids.
Grid support
You can place the tray on 3 different levels, depending on the dish you want to cook.
For instance, when making macaroni au gratin and you want to have the top part cooked more,
use the top level.
Rotisserie: Useful to roast a great variety of meats and poultry.
Rotisserie handle: Allows holding and using the rotisserie.
Before using the unit for the first time
Heat the empty oven.
Insert the baking tray and grid.
Set the heater operating switch to "UPPER & LOWER HEAT", set the temperature control dial to
"230 ºC" and heat the empty oven for about 10 minutes.
Note: There may be some smoke and a burning smell at first, but this is not a malfunction.
Warning:
The weight of the food which is put in the oven cannot be over 2.5 kg.
When placing food inside the oven, spread it evenly and do not concentrate it on one side.

3. OPERATION

Functions
Set the desired functions according to the food to be cooked with the function knob.
Select upper heat + convection or combined upper heat + lower heat + convection (ideal for
pork fillets, chicken leg, chicken wings, potato slices, poultry, chops or fish), combined upper
heat + lower heat (ideal for bread, pizzas or meat), upper heat + rotisserie or rotisserie +
convection (ideal for cooking whole chicken and other meats), according to the type of food to
be cooked. The front light indicator will indicate when the device is operating.
Rotisserie
In order to insert the rotisserie accessory, adjust both sides through the holes in the oven that
are intended for this purpose. Once the rotisserie accessory is set through its corresponding
holes, place the tray. Use the rotisserie handle to take out the forks attached to the tray and
then remove both accessories from the rotisserie hole.
Caution: Beware of dripping hot oil!
