19. Position the Guide Rails (R) onto the Drawer Side Panels (N and O) with the high side facing inward.
20. Hook four Guide Blocks (S) onto the high edge of Guide Rails (R). Now set the File Hangers (T) into the
slot of Guide Blocks (S). Slide the file hangers forward and backward to keep hanging files organized.

21. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Panels (A, B, C and F).
