With (2) - (8) two pieces each included in delivery.
1. Intended use
The swivel bracket is intended to be used exclusively for set-
ting up (fig. C) and wall mounting (fig. E) of a prolite LED light
box.
2. Safety instructions
Be careful not to get your fingers caught between the swivel
bracket and the light box.
Neodymium magnets have a very high magnetic pull. Always
make sure that there is enough distance between the mag-
nets so that they cannot gravitate towards each other. In the
event of a crash, the magnets could be damaged; they could
crack. There is a risk of injury! Also keep the magnets away
from devices that could be interfered with or damaged by the
magnetic field (e.g. monitors, hard disks, credit cards,
watches, pacemakers, etc.).
3. Attaching for use as a support bracket
Attach the swivel bracket (1) to the light box using the clamp
levers (2). The brake disks (3) must be located between the
light box and the swivel bracket (fig. B).
4. Wall mounting
The swivel bracket (1) must only be fitted to load-bearing
walls!
First attach the swivel bracket horizontally to the wall (fig. D).
When using the supplied dowels (5), an 8 mm diameter drill
bit is required. Distance between drill holes (hole center to
hole center distance)
for 2482 (swivel bracket for prolite LED 37/25) is 421 mm
(16.57 in.),
for 2483 (swivel bracket for prolite LED 50/37) is 576 mm
(22.68 in.).
Then attach the light box to the swivel bracket (1) using the
clamp levers (2) (as shown in fig. B). A second person is rec-
ommended to hold the light box. The brake discs (3) must be
located between the light box and the swivel bracket.
5. Handling instructions
Before adjusting the set-up or tilt angle of the light box,
loosen both clamp levers (2) by approx. 1/2 turn. Afterwards
tighten them again.
The position of a clamp lever (2) can be changed without af-
fecting the clamping force when it is first pulled outwards
(fig. F).
When used as a support bracket, the swivel bracket (1) can
be folded onto the light box to save space when not in use
(fig. G).
Do not hold the light box by the swivel bracket (1) during
transport.
The two neodymium magnets (4) included in the scope of
delivery are intended for fixing originals to the light box.
Subject to errors and technical changes.
