*When using for the first time, clean all the product's parts with a wet cloth.
After that, dry them completely using a dry cloth. Then, pour a little cooking oil
on the plate and wipe it with an absorbent kitchen towel.
To avoid damaging the non-stick coating of the cooking plate always use
plastic or wooden utensils.
Do not use aluminum foil or other objects between the plates and the food
being cooked.
Do not place cooking utensils on the cooking surfaces of the appliance.
Do not cook food in aluminium foil.
1. Installation of the Roasting Plate. Put the roasting plate into the main body
of the product and check whether the roasting plate is stable or not.
2. Temperature Rod and settings according to type of food being cooked
• First, check whether the temperature knob on the temperature sensor
rod is adjusted and is pointed to "off". Then insert the plug into the
socket.
• Increase or decrease the cooking temperature according to your taste
and to the nature of the food being prepared (quantity, thickness, etc.)
• Wait for the light indicator to turn on; this indicates that the grill has
reached the desired cooking temperature.
• For best results and to keep the food from sticking, always make sure to
cook on a clean surface.

Cooking instructions

1. When the temperature reaches the needed temperature after a few
minutes, the indicator light will turn off automatically. Then cooking can
be started. Brush a thin coat of oil on the surface of the roasting plate.
2. If you need to preserve the heat of food, adjust the temperature knob on

the temperature rod to the position of heat preserving. Leaving it for too
long in this position will cause the food to change its original taste.
3. Due to the automatic adjustment, there is a slight noise during usage.
This is normal and is not a malfunction.
4. Use the flat, plain roasting plate for vegetables, fruits, etc.
5. Use the grill roasting plate for food like: steak, burger patty, etc.
6. Put a little water on the oil conserving plate before using it to wash it
easily after using.
In order to increase the life of your indoor grill, pay attention to the following
aspects while using:
1. Add a little oil while using especially the first time. Brush a thin coat of oil
on it.
2. Do not use metal spatulas or accessories. Wooden, bamboo or plastic
spatulas are best.

Cleaning and maintenance

When you are finished cooking
• Switch off the unit.
• Unplug the cord from the wall outlet and let the appliance cool down
completely before handling and cleaning.
• Never use an abrasive cleanser or harsh pad on the non-stick coating.
• Do not immerse the body of the grill in water or any other liquid.
• Do not put the hot glass cover into cold water directly after use.
• Use a dry and soft cloth to wipe clean the electric cable. Put the electric
cable into the storage box. Then store the product in a dry and dust free
place.
