Installing depth guide
1.
Lay the tool down with the belt cover facing
downwards.
2.
Mount the depth guide in place by securing it with
the washer and thumb screw into the mounting hole on
side of the tool head.

Slide the depth guide up and down to your desired
planing depth, and then tighten the thumb screw to
secure it in the required position.

Installing chamfering rules
Optional accessory
1.
Lay the tool down with the front base facing
upwards.
2.
Attach the edge fences to the mounting arms,
aligning the projections on the arms with the guide slits
in the edge fences, and secure them with the washers
and thumb screws.
3.
Mount the chamfering rules (sets of edge fences and
mounting arms) in place by securing them with the thumb
screws into the mounting holes on both sides of the tool head.

Slide the edge fences in and out to your desired
chamfering range, and then tighten the thumb screws to
secure them in the required position.

Dust and wood chip extraction
1
Dust and wood chip can be released from either left or
right side of discharge openings. Cover one of the dis-
charge openings on the side opposed to your preferred
dust extraction direction with the stopper.
To detach the stopper from the discharge opening, turn
the stopper towards the handle slightly to disengage the
lock, and then pull it apart.
