) THE MACHINE VIBRATES WHEN CUTTING
Make sure the inner diameter of the disc is the same as the diameter of the axis (25.4 mm.).
Check disc alignment (see point "misalignment of the blade disc").
B) MISALIGNMENT OF THE BLADE DISC
To achieve an adequate cutting, it is very important that the cutting guide and the disc are correctly aligned.
1. Draw a line some 4 metres long.
2. Having assembled the disc to the machine, place the disc on the previously drawn line.
3. Loosen the guide's fastening screw.
4. Align it with the disc on the line.
5. Tighten the screw back to fix the guide.
C) RESISTANCE TO CUTTING
1. Stop the machine.
2. Inspect the condition of the surface of the cutting disc, the warping of the disc (see previous point), the
cleanliness of the disc.
3. In the event that the disc needs to be disassembled, remove the fixation screw and swing the lid.
4. Clean the disc and reverse the procedure to close the guard.
If removing the disc, follow the instructions in the previous point.
