How to Steam Milk
5. Fill a metal or ceramic cup 1/3 full with
cold milk. A stainless steel cup and
skim milk are recommended.

6. Hold cup underneath Frothing Nozzle,
leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 inch between
Nozzle and bottom of cup.
7. When green Temperature Ready
Light turns on, turn Steam Control
Dial counterclockwise to start
steaming milk. Milk is steamed when
cup becomes warm.
NOTE: After each time steaming
and to prevent clogging Nozzle, hold
a cup with water under Nozzle and
"steam" into cup to clean.
8. Turn Steam Control Dial to
(no
steam). Press ON/OFF Button (light
will go off); then press Steam/
Espresso Button again to turn off.
Unplug from outlet. Clean Frothing
Nozzle after each use.
