CARE
• Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning. There is a risk of electric shock. Wait until the oil-filled
radiator has cooled down. Otherwise, there is a risk of burn injuries.
• Clean the radiator at regular intervals. Use a slightly damp cloth and never use cleaning agents or
solvents that react with plastics.
Replacing the remote control battery
1 - Push the battery compartment latch in the direction of the
arrow to remove the compartment
2 - Insert 1 CR2032 3 V battery in the compartment. Make sure that
the polarity ("+" and "-") is respected.
3 - Replace the battery compartment

MAINTENANCE
• Maintenance work is required if the radiator has been damaged, liquids or objects have got inside the
device, the radiator has been exposed to rain or moisture or if the radiator is not functioning properly or
has been dropped.
• If you notice any smoke, unusual noises or smells, switch off the oil-filled radiator immediately and
remove the plug from the socket. If this happens, you must stop using the oil-filled radiator until it has
been checked by a specialist.
• All maintenance work should only be carried out by qualified specialists.
• Never open the housing of the oil-filled radiator.
Causes, Solutions
Check that the device is electrically powered. Check the heater is vertically placed on
a stable surface.
Check the temperature of the room: if it is too high compare to the thermostat setting,
the unit does not heat.
During unpacking or installation, it is normal to hear the fluid flow within the device.
