Tips
- Smaller foods usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger foods.
- Shaking smaller foods halfway through the preparation time optimizes the result and can
help obtain an evenly cooked batch.
- Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer right
after marinating them.
- DO NOT prepare extremely runny or greasy ingredients such as sausages or bacon in the air fryer.
- The optimal amount of air fried French fries for a crispy and tender texture is 600 g or 1.32 lb.
- When baking, pre-made dough requires a shorter preparation time than homemade dough.
- Place a baking tin or oven dish in the air fryer basket for baking a cake or quiche or if you
want to fry fragile or stuffed foods.
- You can also use the air fryer to reheat cooked foods. To reheat, set the temperature to
300 °F for up to 10 minutes.

Maintenance
• Store the product in a cool, dry place.
• Never cut anything in the food basket or cooking tray or use utensils with sharp edges as to
avoid piercing the non-stick surface.
• Never put cold water into a cooking tray or food basket. Sudden changes of temperature
may cause metal to warp, resulting in an uneven bottom. Let pieces cool down on their own
or place in lukewarm soapy water.
• Always use trivets or oven mitts when handling the cooking tray and food basket.
• DO NOT place the cooking tray or food basket on a countertop, as it will stain or burn the
countertop. Use a protective trivet.
• DO NOT place unit or pieces on any range top burner, under a broiler, microwave browning
element, or in a heated oven.
• DO NOT use scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, or any object that will scratch the unit or accessories.
