15. Insert four 15 mm Bolts (6) with the Washers (8 and 9) through the metal brackets welded on the top
metal frame and screw into the Side Frames (K and L). Make sure that the offsets between the Top Panel
(A) and Side Frames (K and L) are even all the way around.
