2.2. Installing the product

1) Unfold the Step Stool by deploying the feet until they reach the limit stop.
2) Check that the locking system is engaged. Do not hesitate to press on it.
2.3. Instructions for use
 Always read the manual before use.
 Do not modify the design of the Step Stool.
 Visually inspect the product before use.
 Make sure that the Step Stool is suitable for the task at hand.
 The surfaces on which the product rests must be horizontal and not slippery, do not use the Step
Stool on uneven ground.
 All feet must rest on the ground.
 Take precautions to prevent unauthorised persons from using the product.
 Wear shoes that provide secure support. Do not exceed the maximum total load of 150 kg (including
user and any "equipment").
 Only one person may stand on the product and must not carry heavy or difficult to handle
equipment.
 Do not attempt to reach a point too far away, the user must have both feet resting on the step plate.
 Do not bend over while standing on the Step Stool and avoid any tasks that exert a lateral force (load).
 Make sure that the locking system is securely in place before stepping on it.
 Get on and off the product while facing it.
 Do not use the product as handling equipment.
 Never move the Step Stool if someone is standing on it.
 Do not climb on the product if you are subject to dizziness or fatigue, or if your health condition does
not allow it.
