Note:
Charging:
• Charging is not available if the computer's Type-C port
does not support PD Protocol.
Display Port (DP) V1.4a:
• Video play is not available if the computer's type-C port
does not support DP Protocol.
Data Transfer:
• To transfer at maximum speed, your computer,
peripherals, cables and software must all support USB
3.0.
Do Not Use USB C-A Adapter:
• This USB-C hub does not work with laptops with
USB-A inputs even if a C-to-A adapter is used since
standard protocol used for USB-C devices deviate (e.g.
Power Delivery).

2. Power PD IN
It is recommended to use a 100W PD (Power Delivery) charger.
Note:
• When connected to a power adapter less than 100W, the hub
and the peripheral devices will use about 20W of power, thus
the final charge supplied may not be enough for charging the
laptops.
• Incompatible with Original Dell XPS 13 stock adapter / Original
Samsung phone and tablet stock adapters.
3. Connected USB Devices
• When the hub is not powered by a charger, the connected USB
devices shall not exceed a combined input current of 1.5A.
• When powered by a charger, the connected USB devices shall
not exceed a combined input current of 1.8A.
• Devices are usually rated as follows:
Mouse Camera
100 mA 300 mA
• To ensure stable connection, we recommend connecting one
high-consuming device (external hard drive) at a time.
• Incompatible with Original Dell XPS 13 stock adapter / Original
Samsung phone and tablet stock adapters.
4. HDMI® Display Port
• Make sure your computer support Display Port (DP) V1.4a.
• To achieve optimal 3840 x 2160 resolution, use with a 4K screen
display and HDMI® 2.0 cables.
