• Wear a wrist strap and connect the ground strap to the computer case to
minimize static electricity.
• Handle the drive with care. Do not touch the connectors.
• Check alignment closley before mating connectors. Do not use excessive
force.
• Do not remove the encasement or disassemble the drive, as such actions
void the warranty.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Use the following instructions to attach the cables, if necessary, and mount
the drive.
DESKTOP
Use the following instructions to install your SSD in a desktop PC:
1. If your desktop has a 3.5 inch drive bay, use the adapter bracket to securely
mount the SSD.
• Place the SSD (with Intel Logo Side up) on the adapter. See
Make sure that all four holes on the left and right side of the adaptor
bracket are aligned to that of the SSD. Secure the drive by inserting
four of the M3-0.5X5 mm or M3-0.5x6 mm screws in each of the
corresponding holes.
Note: Do not over tighten the screws, as this may damage the SSD.
