5.BREWING (For Milk Coffee
Mode)
You may prepare following beverages
besides Milk Turkish Coffee in your
appliance;
• Turpentine (Menengiç) Coffee
• Salep*
• Hot chocolate**
• Cinnamon Turkish Coffee
• Matcha latte
• Other recipes that can be prepared with
coffee syrups
To brew Milk Turkish coffee;
1. Plug in your appliance
2. Press the On/Off button on the panel.
Note: For delicious coffee, make sure that inside of the coffee pot is
clean.
3. Your appliance can brew coffee up to 4 people at a time in Milk Coffee
Mode.
Pay attention not to exceed water-milk-coffee-sugar mixture or milk
mixture beyond the MAX MILK level line in the coffee pot as the size
of cups you are using may differ. Otherwise, the coffee may not be
brewed well and/or may overflow from the coffee pot.
4. To prepare 1 cup of Milk Turkish coffee; Put ½ Arzum OKKA
measuring spoon of Turkish coffee, ½ cup of milk, ½ cup of water and
any amount of sugar you want into the coffee pot.
5. Place the coffee pot to the machine.
Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all leds
on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place
warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light
6. Press SÜTLÜ/MILK COFFEE button.
7. A beep sound will heard and white led of Milk mode will remain on and
brewing process will begin.
