ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS
HANDLE
The handle should be assembled as follows:
· Insert the two ends of the handle into the
fixing holes. Tighten the screws to secure the
handle in place.
WHEELS
1. To fit the wheels first insert an axle pin
through the wheel and then insert the spacer
on the underside of the wheel.
2. Fit the wheel assembly through the hole in
the bracket under the tank.
3. Fit the flat washer, split
washer and nut. Tighten
the nut from the under-
side of the wheel, and
tap on the wheel cover.
4. Repeat for the second
wheel.
RUBBER FEET
Fit the rubber feet on
the bracket on the front
underside of the tank
using the screws, wash-
ers and nuts supplied
(Fig. 1).
OIL
WARNING: The air compressor must be
filled with oil prior first use.
To prevent possible spillage of oil during trans-
port, the compressor oil is supplied in a sepa-
rate container. It must be added to the com-
pressor before turning the compressor on.

Failure to add the oil will cause nonrepairable
damage to the compressor and will void the
warranty.
1. Remove the plastic
oil filling cap (Fig.2) lo-
cated on the top of the
crank case of the com-
pressor housing.
2. Use the oil supplied
to fill the crank case un-
til the oil level as seen in
the oil level glass is up
to the mid point of the
red circle.
3. Replace the oil filling cap. Make sure the cap
is fully fitted and firmly in position.
AIR FILTER
WARNING: The air filter must be added
before first use. Failure to fit the air filter will
damage the compressor and will void the war-
ranty.
1. Remove the plastic air filter plug from the
head of the compressor.
2. To fit the air filter you need to take it apart
first. Undo the wing nut, and remove it along
with the washer from the air filter (Fig.4).
3. Remove the cover and the air filter.
4. Push out the centre mounting piece and
screw this into the air inlet as firmly as possible
with your fingers (Fig.5).

5. Replace the air filter holder, then the air fil-
ter, cover and washer and wing nut (Fig.6).
PRE-START ROUTINE
1. Ensure that the loca-
tion for the compres-
sor is clean, dry and
well ventilated.
2. Ensure the crank
case has been filled
with oil and is at the
correct level, and the
air filter has been fit-
ted (Fig.7 closed).
