11. Troubleshooting

Review the information in the table below to solve operating problems.
PROBLEM
After charging for long time, indicators
don't show full capacity
Microscope light is not working
CAUSE
Charging time is not enough
Power supply or battery pack is faulty
No power left
Something wrong with cables and con-
nections
Wrong settings of microscope switches Check that the main power switch of

SOLUTION
Charge it 8 hours continuously
Refer to technical assistance
Recharge the battery
Check that USB is well inserted into
the output connector of the battery.
Check that the jack connector is well
inserted into the input of the micro-
scope
the microscope is in ON position.
Check that the brightness adjustment
knob of the microscope is set to the
desired value
