Step 6. How to do calibration and measurement in HDMI mode:
Basic steps:
1. Click on the calibration icon
.
2. Move the cursor out of the calibration table to start the calibration process.
1. The live image should correspond to the calibration slide or to any known-sized specimen.
2. Draw a line to obtain a reference length, and enter the length value into the calibration table.
3. Five options are available for the length unit : MIL, CM,MM,UM and INCH.

magnification, if needed.
1. These data should be entered only if the user intends to use the same camera to obtain images by means
of different objectives.
In this case, there is no need to create a calibration file for each image at any objective setting; just change
the "Mag" option to obtain the corresponding calibration file.

3. If you cannot cannot find a suitable objective magnification in the list , you can use the keyboard to directly
enter a new mag. group.
4. Enter a name for the newly created calibration file
You can create up to 10 calibration groups.
