Hardware Installation
Note: Make sure your M.2 slot supports PCIe.
1.
Install the M.2 converter into a free M.2 slot.
2.
If necessary, you can glue one of the foam pads to the bottom
of the converter. This serves to avoid causing any damage
when inserting the SATA cables.
3.
Insert the M.2 module straight and carefully into the free slot
and srcew it.
4.
Connect your HDDs or SSDs to the SATA 7 pin port on the M.2
module, therefor use your existing SATA cables.
