CONSUMER SAFETY INFORMATION
This appliance is intended for household use only.
WARNING!
Shock Hazard: To decrease the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one
wide blade). This plug can only fit into a polarized outlet one way. Do not modify the plug in
any way or use an adapter, as this will disallow it to serve its safety function. If the plug does
not completely fit into the outlet, reverse the plug. If the plug continues not to fit, have an
electrician replace the outlet.
This appliance's cord was given its specific length to decrease the dangers of tangling or
tripping over it. If necessary, an approved extension cord can be used. To be approved, the
extension cord must have an electrical rating equal to or greater than that of the appliance.
When applied, make sure the extension cord does not hang over the countertop or tabletop,
where it can be pulled down or tripped over.
When using this appliance, do not use an additional high-wattage appliance on the same
circuit, as this might cause an overload.
