Troubleshooting
Problem
Power cord not plugged in.
Power fault or fuse.
Unit will not start.
Circuit breaker is tripped.
Cord or switch is damaged.
Faulty motor.
Extension cord too long or
undersized.
Tool is overheating.

Too much wax on the
applicator or bonnet.
Bonnet worn.
Accessory not secured.

Ensure that the cord is connected
to the power supply
Check the power supply
Reset circuit breaker.
Have cord or switch replaced at damaged.
repair or replace motor.
Use extension cord heavy enough to carry the current.
Turn off the tool and let it cool down to room
temperature. Inspect and clean the ventilation slots.
Replace or clean the accessory.Ensure that too much
polish is not applied onto the accessory.Remove a
portion of wax and retry.
Replace with new bonnet.
Ensure that the accessory is secured onto
pad and that the outer edge is drawn over the top of the
foam pad.
Ensure that all fixing screws are fully tightened.
