Rotation direction: summer and winter
The remote control button controls the rotation direction
(clockwise and anti-clockwise).
The switch on the fan's body controls the rotation direction
(clockwise and anti-clockwise).
Summer option - The downward airflow creates a refreshing
effect, as indicated in the diagram.
Winter option - The upward airflow pushes hot air away
from the fan area near the ceiling, as indicated in the dia-
gram. This allows you to use lower central heating.

Balancing – Wobbling problems
during fan operation
If the body of the fan wobbles while operating, this is not a
sign of malfunctioning (even if it wobbles a few centime-
tres). To reduce wobbling, you can do the following while
the fan is turned off:
1. Check that the blades are properly fastened by tighte-
ning all of the screws.
2. Check the distance between each blade and the cei-
ling. The distance between the blade and the ceiling can
be measured as shown in the diagram. If the fan conti-
nues to wobble after tightening all of the screws, check
that the shape of the blades is identical. If any of them are
visibly different, this could be what is causing an imbalan-
ce when the fan is operating.

If you have completed the previous steps and the wob-
bling has not resolved, you should apply dynamic balan-
cing with the kit provided, as explained below:
3. Turn the fan on to the highest speed so the fan wob-
bles as much as possible.
4. Turn off the fan. Select a blade and place a clip on it
(see diagram) halfway between the bracket and the end
of the blade.
5. Turn on the fan and check if the wobbling has
improved or got worse. Turn it off again and if it has not
improved, place the clip on another blade. Repeat this
process until you identify with which blade the wobbling
improves.
6. Leave the clip on the blade that provides the best
result. Move the clip forwards or backwards on the blade
until you find a position that offers the best result.
7. Then remove the clip and place one of the weights on
the upper part of the blade in the central line, level with
where you positioned the clip.
