2. CAUTIONS
2.1 You are adviced to check radio version first before connect power cable:
• 12V radio version: Your radio must be supplied with a continued current
of 12 volts.
Lorries generally have two batteries to supply a voltage of 24 volts, in
which case it will be necessary to insert a 24/12 volt converter into the
electrical circuit.
• 12/24V radio version: Your radio can be supplied with a continued current
of 12-24V volts.
2.2 Please install the antenna (connect to the location"A"on the back panel
of the radio) and set the SWR (Standing Wave Ratio) before transmitting.
Failure to do so may result in destruction of the power amplifier, which is
not covered by the guarantee.
