TROUBLE SHOOTING
Possible cause
There is no power.
The cable plug or cable connector has
not been plugged in correctly, or they
are damaged.
In the appliance there are scale de-
posits.
Excessive scale deposits on the hea-
ting plate.
The display shows the jug symbol.
Incomplete cycle or the cycle does
not start due to:
lack of water or insufficient water to
carry out the cycle, excessive scale
residues on the heating plate.
The water valve on the stopper of the
tank is blocked.

Solution
Check that there is power in the
mains.
Check that the plug and connector
have been plugged in correctly, and
that they are in good condition.
Should the product still not work,
contact a qualified technician.
Carry out a descaling cycle as indica-
ted in point 4.
NOTE: There may still be a ten-
dency to the formation of stains,
depending on the level of calcium
contained in the drinking water
used for operating the steriliser.
Carry out a descaling cycle as indica-
ted in point 4.
Switch off the appliance and
fill the tank with water or, if necessa-
ry, descale the plate.
Check that the stopper does not have
excessive scale residues. In this case,
descale the stopper.
