The XR8 is a passive infrared sensor with 5 beam Fresnel lens, it is particularly adapt for doors and
windows passage control.
Allows to protect the access in a ambient without prevent the regular movement inside it.
INSTALLATION
The device is installed by fitting the XR8 sensor in a manner that allows it to transmit radio signals to
the base unit without interference. You should therefore avoid locations with obstacles such as concrete
pillars or large metal structures, or any interference from radio sources on the same transmission
frequency. The fewer obstacles between the sensor and the base unit, the greater the range.
The sensor should be firmly attached to walls, ensuring the area is absolutely free from vibrations. Avoid
direct exposure to sunlight and keep the sensor away from heat sources such as radiators.
