Scooter folding and unfolding operations are to be performed by a single person

Remove the scooter from the box.
2.
Slide the locking button (see arrow) down. This unlocks the steering column.

Make sure the steering column has been firmly locked into the intended position.

Lift the handlebars of the scooter forward, while continuing to press the locking
button until the steering column can be locked into the intended position.
