The meter has 30 alarm event records, and judges and processes voltage, current,
power, etc. every 1s. Record the time and type of the event. Thresholds and hysteresis
for voltage, current, power, etc. are set through communication.
Alarm event record data format description:
Year, month, day, hour, minute, second (6byte) + spare byte (2byte) + alarm type
(2byte) + spare byte (6byte)
Year, month, day, hour, minute, second: the time when the alarm event occurred.
Alarm Type: Alarm event type.
