burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
WARNING: Before servicing this fan be sure to unplug
fan from wall outlet. Do not only turn off fan from the
main "ON/OFF" switch, be sure to unplug this fan.
WARNING: PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK
This product has a cord with 3‑prong grounding‑type plug which fits the 3‑slot grounded receptacle (A2). DO NOT remove
the grounding prong (A1) if only a 2‑slot receptacle (B) is available.
For connecting 3‑prong grounding‑type plug to 2‑slot receptacle, use an ADAPTER (C). The grounding plug (C1) extending
from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground with the Metal Screw (D) such as a properly grounded
outlet box (E).
The adapter should not be used if a 3‑slot grounded receptacle is available.
DO NOT DEFEAT THE SAFETY PURPOSE OF EITHER A GROUNDED PRONG OR A GROUNDING PLUG.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Align Cradle Base (packed separately) with support brackets attached to fan body sides. Note: you may need to flex
the parts to make them align properly.
2. Insert support bracket into opening of Cradle Base. Press spring loaded button down to allow it to insert into Cradle
Base, see Fig 1.
3. Press support bracket into Cradle Base until spring button protrudes out open hole in Cradle Base, see Fig. 2.
4. Repeat above process for opposite side of fan.
