The amount of oil to be used depends on the effect you wish to achieve. More oil
causes a faster movement and therefore a more intensive reflex action and circu-
lation of blood to the skin.
Less oil causes a slower treatment that penetrates deeper, with a very relaxing
effect that loosens the tissue.
It is also possible to combine the two. To do so, apply a larger amount of oil onto
the area to be treated and move the Fascia-ReleaZer
wipe off some of the oil with a cloth and treat the same area again, but this time
with slow movements.
