COMMISSIONING
The device must be completely removed from its packaging and the protections must be completely removed.
FACILITY
Place the device on a flat, safe surface that supports the weight of the device and is insensitive to heat.
Never place the device on a flammable surface (such as a tablecloth, carpet, etc.)
You should not place the appliance near fireplaces, electric furnaces / arc furnaces / electric heaters or
other heat sources.
Position the device so that the socket is easily accessible.
USE
Before first use, clean the inner sides and grilles with a soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
Then dry the device thoroughly.
Connect the device to a grounded power outlet.
Adjust the temperature according to the food chosen. You can set the desired temperature in the range
between 30°C and 90°C.
The temperature inside the device can be read on the front display.
Place the food in appropriate containers before putting it inside the display case and close the display
case using the sliding door.
Some parts of the appliance can be very hot, always use protective gloves when placing or removing food.
Food is kept warm at the temperature you set earlier. In order to place or remove food; you can
open the door at the back.
Turn on the interior light if necessary using the unit's light switch. Unplug the appliance from
the mains socket at the end of use.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 Safety instructions
Any maintenance, cleaning, repair of the appliance must be done with the appliance unplugged (isolated from
all electrical sources).
The use of caustic detergents and baking soda for cleaning is prohibited. Water must not get inside the
device.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Use the Casselin brand products provided for this purpose.
