If incorrectly installed, the device can be dangerous and cause injury. Before any installation, check the
data of the electrical network. Connect the device only when there is compliance. The device must be
unpacked and fully checked before connection by a professional.
5.2 Use
WARNING
The setting up of the device installation and maintenance should only be carried out by professionals.
• Do not leave the appliance running without watching it.
• During use, your hands must be dry.
• Do not move or tilt the device during operation.

COMMISSIONING
The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All guards must be completely removed. Do not
install this device near open fires or other heating devices.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Place the device in a well-ventilated place. Plug in the toaster, turn the thermostat knob to the maximum
position and switch on the device. This will dry out any remaining moisture and burn off any factory sediment.
When the maximum temperature is reached, turn off the device, let it cool down for about an hour.
Clean the surface of the toaster with a cleaning brush using cleaning fluid and hot water. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
Heat the cast iron griddle for about 10 minutes until all smoke and/or odors have dissipated. Scrub the surface
with steel wool and detergent to remove the coating.
Unplug the unit, then use warm soapy water to clean it.
USE
Adjust the dials to adjust the bread thickness to the desired settings. Please note that after an initial run of 4-
6 rolls, adjust the controls according to the desired finished product.
Plug in, turn the switch to ON. Turn the thermostat knob to the desired position. Once the indoor temperature
is reached, the element will be shut off.
Turn the speed regulator according to the desired speed of rotation. (
Place the toast in the vertical toaster, with the top and bottom cut sides of the burger facing.
The toasted product will fall into the tray.
Test at least 4 buns before putting the toaster into service.
When not cooking, turn off the thermostat, turn the power switch to OFF. Unplug the device. It is advisable
not to let the engine run continuously for more than 4 hours.
REMARK
The appliance is equipped with a safety system in case of overheating. In the event of tripping, unplug the
appliance and allow it to cool. If this protection system activates regularly, it is essential to contact your
retailer.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into operation by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device. To do this, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
