RC-Cornet
PlUS NASAl is designed for patients age 2.5 and
®
older. The patient must be able to consciously coordinate inha-
lation and exhalation by mouth. Children should only use the
device under adult supervision. Prior to use, patients with cy-
stic fibrosis should discuss use of the device with their health-
care professional.
The RC-Cornet
PlUS NASAl tube is made of silicone. Please
®
replace the tube every six months. We recommend the
exchange of the RC-Cornet
using. Whitish deposits on the tube or in the body are medical
talc used during tube manufacture.
Store RC-Cornet
PlUS NASAl in a dry, dust-free environment
®
and protect it from sunlight.
Disposal: RC-Cornet
PlUS NASAl and its accessories can
®
be disposed of as normal household waste provided a different
form of disposal is not mandated by national waste disposal
regulations.
WaRnInG
If the patient is allergic to medical talc, please boil all
RC-Cornet
PlUS NASAl parts twice before using them for
®
the first time. Otherwise please clean prior to first use fol-
lowing the cleaning instructions (see page 20 and 21).
note: Do not use dishwashing detergent.
Please ensure that RC-Cornet
according to the Instructions for Use. Incorrect application
(off-label use) results in exclusion of liability for the manu-
facturer.
Please discontinue the therapy and contact your healthcare
professional, if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.
