Congratulations and thank you for purchasing this Schwaiger product.
These operating instructions are intended to assist you in using the product.
Read through the instructions for use carefully. Store this guide safely through-
out the product's entire service life and pass it on to any subsequent users or
owners. Check that the supplied package is complete and ensure that none of
the parts are defective or damaged.

2. INTENDED USE:
The keyboard can be connected to both a stationary computer and a laptop.
The connection is wireless.
The product is intended for private use only and is not suitable for commercial
use. Only use the product as described in this user manual. Any other use is
considered improper and may result in property damage.
3. GENERAL SAFETY AND
WARNING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock!
Faulty electrical installation or excessive mains voltage can lead to electric
shock.
• Do not operate the product if it shows visible damage.
• Do not disassemble the product into its individual parts. Improper handling
can lead to electric shock and malfunction.
• Never immerse the product in water.
• Never touch the product with wet hands.
• Keep the product away from open flames and hot surfaces.
• Never operate the product in wet areas or in the rain.
• Do not expose the product to rain or extreme weather conditions e.g., sub-ze-
ro temperatures, hail, extreme heat.
• Never place the product in such a way that it can fall into water.
• Never reach for an electrical device if it has fallen into water.
• Make sure that no liquid gets into the product and, if necessary, dry the prod-
uct thoroughly before using it again.
• Ensure that children do not insert any objects into the product.

Hazards for children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities (for example, partially disabled persons, elderly per-
sons with reduced physical and mental abilities) or lack of experience
and knowledge (for example, older children).

Hazard due to batteries!
If you use batteries improperly, there is a risk of explosion or burns
from leaking battery fluid.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Disposing of a battery in fire, in a hot oven,
or mechanically crushing or cutting a battery can cause an explosion.
• Exposing a battery to extremely high ambient temperatures may cause an
explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

• Exposure of a battery to extremely low atmospheric pressure may cause ex-
plosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
• Do not expose batteries to unrestricted sunlight and heat. Increased risk of
leakage!
• Do not charge, disassemble or short-circuit batteries. Risk of explosion!
• If you suspect that a battery has been swallowed or otherwise entered your
body, seek medical attention immediately.
• Do not touch leaking batteries. If you do come into contact with battery fluid,
wash the affected area thoroughly with plenty of clean water. If leaking bat-
tery fluid causes a skin reaction or gets into the eyes, seek additional medical
attention.
• If the battery compartment in which the battery is housed can no longer be
closed securely, stop using the product. Remove the battery and keep it out
of the reach of children.
4. INITIAL OPERATION:
1. Insert the included LR03 battery into the battery compartment on the front
of the keyboard according to its polarity.
2. Plug the USB receiver into a suitable USB port on your computer.
3. Thanks to Plug & Play, the keyboard is ready for use after a short time with-
out software installation.
The key assignment is the standard Windows
variant.

To use the function keys F1 to F12, press and hold the Fn key at the same
time.

6. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING:
NOTE
Danger of short-circuit!
Any water or other liquids which penetrate the casing may cause a short circuit.
Never immerse the product in water or other liquids.
Ensure that no water or other liquids penetrate the product.
NOTE
Risk of damage!
Handling the product improperly can lead to damage to the product.
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles
or any sharp or metal cleaning objects such as a knife, hard scraper and similar,
since these may damage the surfaces.
1. Disconnect the product before cleaning.
2. Clean the product with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Use a slightly dampened cloth and, where necessary, a little mild
dish-washing detergent to clean stubborn stains.
4. Then let the product dry completely.
STORAGE
All parts must be completely dry before storing.
Always store the product in a dry place.
Store the product out of children's reach in a securely locked place and at a
storage temperature between 5 °C and 20 °C (room temperature).
DISPOSAL
Disposing of packaging
Sort before disposing of the packaging. Dispose of card and cardboard
in the used paper container and film in the corresponding recycling
container.

separated collection of materials)
Do not dispose of old electrical devices in the household
waste.
If the product can no longer be used, every consumer is legally obliged
to dispose of old electrical appliances separately from household
waste, e.g. at a collection point in his municipality/urban district. This
guarantees that old devices are recycled and a negative impact on the
environment is avoided. That is why electrical devices are marked with the sym-
bol shown here.
