the following documents when you send in the
product:
• A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
• A reason for the claim or description of the fault

Remedy
➤ Set the corresponding cooktop
burner knob to the lowest level
and switch on the cooktop
burner (see chapter "Igniting the
burners" on page 24).
➤ Switch off the oven for 1 minute.
➤ Switch on the oven (see chapter
"Regulating the burners" on
page 24).
➤ Switch off the grill for 1 minute.
➤ Switch on the grill (see chapter
"Using the cooktop" on
page 24).
➤ Place the packaging material in the appro-
priate recycling waste bins wherever pos-
sible.
➤ Consult a local recycling center or special-
ist dealer for details about how to dispose
of the product in accordance with the
applicable disposal regulations.
