USE OF THE CHILD CAR SEAT IN THE VEHICLE
DANGER!
Risk of injury or even death! Enormous forces occur in an
accident. Never attempt to secure a child with the vehicle's seat
belt or by holding them on your lap.
• Secure your child in the car seat every time you ride!
• Always secure the child car seat in the rearward facing position on the
vehicle seat.
DANGER!
Risk of injury or even death! An airbag hitting the child car seat
can seriously injure your child and possibly cause death.
• DO NOT use the infant carrier on a passenger seat with the airbag
activated. If you have to fi t the seat on the passenger seat, make sure that
any airbag is deactivated!
• For seats with side airbags, please observe the instructions in your
vehicle's operating manual.
Installation of the child car seat in the vehicle
WARNING
Risk of injury! This car seat can only be installed on the
passenger seat of a vehicle with a lap and diagonal belt and
without an airbag.
