TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of difficulties with the connection make sure that the Bluetooth
function is activated in the phone and is within the recommended values of the
device, the headset is charged and turned on .

Cause
Low battery
The device need to
restart
The charger is not

The Bluetooth

Solution
Charge for 2 hours
Press the MFB for 3
seconds
Make sure the charger
is connected correctly
Enable the headset to
enter into the pairing
mode.
Reset the smartphone
and start again
to pair the cell phone
with the headset.
