14. Take care against injury from any device fitted for trimming the filament line length. After exten-
ding new cutter line always return the machine to its normal operating position before switching on.
15. Never fit metal cutting elements.
16. Never use replacement parts or accessories not provided or recommended by the manufacturer.
17. Disconnect the machine from the mains before checking, cleaning or wording on the machine
and when it is not in use.
18. Always ensure that ventilation openings are kept clear of debris.
19. Where symbols pictograms are used in the marking on the machine their function shall be exp-
lained.
20. Always remove the battery from battery holder when leaving the trimmer unattended.
21. After use, remove the battery from battery holder and check for damage.
22. When not in use store the machine out of the reach of children.
23. Details of maintenance and adjustments which a user may carry out.
24. Use only manufacturer's recommended replacement parts and accessories. Where parts are
consumable (e.g. cutter line) the replacement part number shall be specified.
