NOTICE:
Before each use, inspect the entire product for damaged,
missing, or loose parts such as screws, nuts, bolts, caps,

operate this product until all missing or damaged parts

You may use this product for the purpose listed below:
Cutting thicker weeds, pulpy stalks and grass.
ASSEMBLY
ASSEMBLING THE CADDY
See Figure 2.
WARNING:
The caddy is designed only for use with the grass shear at
ground level. Do not use the caddy with the grass shear
in a raised position.
Insert the notched end of the lower shaft into the handle
assembly.
Align the hole and insert the bolt.
Install the nut and tighten securely.
OPERATION
INSTALLING/REMOVING THE GRASS SHEAR
See Figure 3.
Installing the grass shear:
Remove the battery.
Raise the cover over the receptacle on the grass shear.
Stand the caddy upright onto its wheels with the handle
in the air. Hold securely.
Lower the grass shear onto the caddy and align the re-
ceptacle on the shear to the connector on the caddy.
Once aligned, press the grass shear handle into the caddy
support.
Make sure the base of the cutting shear plate clicks into
place by pressing the top of the shear into the caddy.
The grass shear must be locked securely onto the caddy
before use.
NOTE: Be careful when pressing the shear into the caddy
support and base to avoid any pinching.
Removing the grass shear:
Remove the battery.
Raise the handle while making sure the wheels and the
grass shear blade is pressing against the ground. Apply
pressure until the shear loosens from the caddy.
Lift the shear to remove from the caddy support.
Replace the cover over the receptacle on the grass shear.

WARNING:
Always remove battery pack from your tool when you are
assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, or when
not in use. Removing battery pack will prevent accidental
starting that could cause serious personal injury.
