5.- USING THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM FACING BACKWARDS
For babies between 40 and 87 cm tall. Adjustable headrest (13 positions)
Note: The reducers/head protectors should be used until the baby is 60 cm tall.
Note: The headrest provides the best protection for your baby if it is set to the
right height. It can be set to 13 different positions.
5a. The headrest should be set so there is a gap between the child's shoulder
and the headrest. Adjust the headrest by pulling on the higher ring (11),
unlocking the mechanism and lowering it into the right position based on the
child's height.
Note: the shoulder strap is firmly attached to the headrest and must be
adjusted separately.
Note: The child restraint system can be used facing backwards until the child is
87 cm tall. The seat can only face forwards if:
- The child is over 76 cm tall and at least 15 months old. It is recommendable to
use the child restraint system facing backwards as long as possible.
- The headrest is set to the 7th position (minimum) .
