GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
Before put it in ON, please read the following instructions. Store the booklet in a safe place so you
can refer to at any time.
After removing the packaging, make sure the appliance is in good condition, if in doubt do not use
the device and return it to your dealer.
The packaging is made of plastic, screws ... that could be dangerous so it would be wise to keep
out of the reach of children.
- This appliance is for household use only.
- Don't handle the appliance with wet hands and never immerse the appliance in water or any other
liquid.
- Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
must never be carried out by children without supervision.
- Keep the appliance out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they don't play with the appliance.
- WARNING: In order to ensure you children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags,
boxes, polystyrene, etc.) out of their reach.
- Don't use the unit of it isn't working properly.
SPECIFIC SAFETY WARNINGS
- Do not operate the fan directly adjacent to curtains, plans, window coverings, etc. to avoid acci-
dental entanglement.
- Never operate your fan near an open flame or in the presence of explosive or combustible gases
or fumes.
- Should your fan (including the electrical cord) ever become damaged or a malfunction occurs,
discontinue operation at once until a certified repair has been made.
- Do not expose your fan to excessive heat or humidity, as this can cause damage to the electrical
components.
- Keep your fan out of the reach of children and pets.
- Do not expose infants or seniors to prolonged periods of direct cold air.
- Use care around the motor housing as no excessive moisture or liquid should come in contact
with the motor housing or its parts.
- When storing your fan make sure to place in a dry environment. To reduce dust and particle expo-
