WATER SEPARATOR
1. Assembly instructions
A) The maximum work pressure for the
unit is 9.9 kg/cm2.
B) The direction of air is shown using the
"" arrow on the unit.
C) On the water separator, the "" arrow
will point down.
D) Position as close to the compressor as
possible.
E) Do not place in direct sunlight or close
to hazardous chemicals or hot areas.
F) The drain cock on the water separator
must be positioned as low as possible
so that water does not run back into the
system.
2. Regulating the pressure
a) Lift the pressure part (11) up and turn
clockwise to increase the pressure.
b) Turn anti-clockwise to reduce the
pressure.
c) Once the pressure has been adjusted,
press the button (11) back into the
original position.
3. Drainage
a) If there is no pressure in the system, the
water will collect in the water separator.

b) Once there is pressure in the system,
water is emptied by activating part 24 as
shown in the line drawing.
c) Ensure that the water never rises above
the maximum level, as the excess water
will get into the compressor.
4. Maintenance
a) Turn off the compressor and remove all
air from the system.
b) Twist part (3) off by turning it anti-
clockwise.
c) Then twist part (4) off by turning it anti-
clockwise.
d) Then remove part (5) � lter.
e) The � lter can be reused numerous
times.
f ) Clean both the inside and outside of the
glasses with a very dry cloth. Detergents
must not be used, as they may damage
the unit.
MIST LUBRICATOR
1. Assembly instructions
a) Place after the pressure regulator in the
system.
b) Add the lubricant to the glass.
2. Lubricating the system
a) Turn the valve clockwise to reduce
system lubrication.
b) Turn the valve anti-clockwise to increase
lubrication.
