1. Before setting up:
clean table surface
and suction base.
Setting up: operate
lever to secure the
suction base.
4. Fold out the slider
unit and secure in
this position – with
the locking device at
the bottom. (Clicks
when locked.)
8. To release the red lock
for the cutting thickness,
move it to position
. Then set desired slice
thickness (0 – 26 mm)
using the thickness ring.

2. Insert turning
handle into the blade
stand. Allow to lock
with a "click".
5. Unfold the food
platform.
9. Specify the selected
slice thickness by locking
the thickness lock in
position .
3. Remove the food platform and slider unit
from the holder underneath the food platform.
6. Insert the slider unit
into the rail on the
food platform.
10. For storage, please
secure the thickness at '1'.
Fold together the device and
store food holder, slider unit
and turning handle in the
envisaged positions.
Keep device out of reach of
children.
7. Place the food onto
the slider unit and
press with the food
holder.
