How to set CTCSS/DCS
Press the MENU key twice, the
CTCSS/DCS number will ash,
press <UP> or <DOWN> Select key
to choose CTCSS/DCS No., Press
PTT to save or wait for 10 seconds. (Di erent radios
communicate together ONLY by being on the same
channel and CTCSS/DCS)
VOX Selection
Press the MENU key for three times, then press the
<UP> or <DOWN> button to set the VOX sensitivity
level between OFF/1/2/3 (level 3 is the most sensi-
tive level).
VOX function is also called Hands
Free, with vox function, you can talk
directly to the walkie talkie
microphone without pressing the
PTT button, and the signal will be transmitted
automatically once your voice is detected,
more convenient.
Calling Rings Selection
Press the MENU key for four times then
press <UP> or <DOWN> button to choose.
There are 10 rings tone for selection.
When short press the < > button, the other
radios will receive your calling signal and rings.

CTCSS/DCS
Press the MENU key for ve times,
(OFF~99)
then press the <UP> to enable (ON)
or <DOWN> disable the key tones
(OFF), press the PTT button to save.
Roger Beep
Press the MENU key for six times,
then press <UP> to enable (ON) or
<DOWN> disable the Roger Beep
(OFF), press the PTT button to save.

The communication range quoted is calculated under optimum
VOX
conditions with an unobstructed lineof sight. Actural distance may
vary depending on terrian and conditions.
