WARNING – Make sure battery
tabs and slots on the sides of the
unit are lined up before pushing
battery all the way in. Do not force
battery in if any resistance is felt.
DISPOSAL OF LITHIUM-ION
BATTERIES
• Battery must be removed from
the appliance before it is recy-
cled.
• The batteries must be recycled
in accordance with the recycling
standards for lithium-ion bat-
teries.
This clipper comes with two lith-
ium-ion batteries. To protect the
environment,
should be removed and proper-
ly disposed of at the end of their
useful lives. To remove the battery
block for disposal or recovery, fol-
low these instructions:
1. The batteries for this clipper set
are protected in a plastic housing.
2. Press on tabs and pull battery
housing out of clipper.
3. No further disassembly of the
battery unit is required.
4. Take to an authorized battery
recycling center and recycle entire
battery unit.

1. This clipper requires one lithi-
um-ion battery.
2. Since batteries are sensitive to
high temperatures, when storing
them, keep in a cool, dry place.
3. Never put batteries into a fire.
4. Unplug and switch off devices
after use.
5. Keep batteries away from chil-
dren, especially the batteries that
are small enough to ingest.
6. If a battery is ingested, seek im-
mediate medical help.
7. Never open, crush, puncture or
disassemble batteries.
8. Dispose of batteries according
to any state and local regulations.
9. Do not dispose of rechargeable
batteries as solid waste.
