1. Application
The 1214T, 4 Hole Rotating Base, Ti is to be
exclusively used for the prosthetic fitting of lower
extremity amputations.
2. Description
The 4 Hole Rotating Base, Ti is anchored to the
prosthetic socket with 4 hole threaded system, by
using two socket cap screws and two flathead screws.
The 4 Hole Rotating Base is used to be used with
Rotating Pyramid, 1215T and Rotating Receiver,
1216T or 1216S. By engaging the threads from
Rotating Pyramid or Rotating Pyramid Receiver,
adjust the desire alignment and tighten the clamp
cap screw to the recommended torque. Rotation
adjustment should not be used to compensate for
length. The modular connection can be removed
from the 4 Hole Rotating Base by loosening the
clamp cap screw. This connection functions as a
rotation adjustment. Once alignment is set, apply
loctite to all screws.
