Place the blades down over the shaft.
Caution: Be careful not to touch the blades as it are extremely sharp.
•
Place food into the bowl on top of the blades.
Caution: Do not operate the appliance when empty.
•
Place the cover on the bowl. Be certain the cover is securely locked in place before operating the
appliance.
Note: For your protection, this unit has a Cover Locking System. Do not attempt to operate the unit without
locking the cover in place.
•
Plug into a standard 120 Volt AC outlet.
•
Press and release pulse button to begin chopping. The longer you pulse, the finer the texture.
Note: This appliance is intended for processing small quantities of food. It is not intended to prepare large
quantities of food at one time.
Caution: Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 30 seconds at a time.
•
When the food has reached the desired texture, release the pulse button and the chopper will stop.
•
Remove the cover.
Caution: Be sure the blades stops spinning before removing the cover.
•
Carefully remove the blades by lifting it by its center.
Caution: Do not touch the blades.
•
Remove the bowl from the base.
•
Remove the food, preferably with a rubber spatula.
Note: Do not use the bowl for storing food.
•
Unplug the unit.
