OPERATION
Checking and changing the sanding paper
• Do not use torn or worn sanding papers.
• Unplug from the mains before changing sanding paper, adjustment or servicing.
• Peel worn sanding paper from the Velcro fastening. Make sure that the holes in the paper
and sanding plate match up when fitting new sanding paper.
• Clean the Velcro fastening every time you change the sanding paper.
• The triangular form of the sanding paper and multisander construction make your
multisander especially useful for working in inaccessible areas such as corners, edges and
grooves that can only be reached with the pointed end or edge of the sanding paper.

Using your multisander for the first time
• Switch on your multisander and wait for it to reach full speed before placing it onto your work
piece.
• Guide your multisander evenly over the surface of the work piece.
• Avoid using excessive pressure, as this will increase wear on the sanding paper and motor.
• Do not leave your multisander running on a particular place on the surface, or you will sand
away too much of the work piece.
• Do not switch your multisander off while it is still in contact with your work piece. First lift the
tool up, then switch it off.
Vacuuming dust
Your multisander is equipped with a connection for dust collection. To protect your health, you
should connect a vacuum cleaner to your multisander while sanding, or at least connect the
dust-collection bag supplied.
Always wear a dust protection mask, safety glasses and
working gloves when sanding.
