Important Safety Instructions
Before using this electrical appliance, please read the instructions below carefully and keep the user manual for future reference:
1. Before connecting the appliance to a wall outlet, check that the local electrical power matches the one specified on the appliance's
data plate. Always plug the device into a grounded outlet.
2. Disconnect the power cable from the mains as soon as you stop using it and before any operation regarding cleaning,
maintenance and installation of accessories.
3. Do not put the appliance, the power cable or the plug in water or any other liquid.
4. Do not put the cable in contact with the hot surfaces of the appliance.
5. If the mains cord is defective or damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the customer service agent or by similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid danger.
6. Do not use outdoors.
7. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Beware of the risk of burns.
8. This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote control system.
9. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
10. Children should not play with the appliance.
11. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by children, unless they are older than 8 years and they are being
monitored.
12. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children with age less than 8 years.
13. Electrical and electronic equipment are subject to a selective collection. Do not get rid of waste electrical and electronic
equipment with the unsorted municipal waste, but proceed with their selective collection.
14. This appliance is intended for household use and use in similar environments such as:
15. staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
16. farm houses;
17. by guests of hotels, motels and other residential environments;
18. bed and breakfast environments.

3. INSTALLATION
Before first use, wipe the plates with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Install the device on a horizontal and stable work surface. Deploy the raised feet. Position the grease drip tray into the slot provided
for this purpose. Make sure you have one outlet nearby so that the cable is neither stretched nor in a zone of passage.
4. USE
Grease the plates with butter, margarine or cooking fat.
Plug in the appliance. The indicator light turns on to indicate the preheating phase.
Close the appliance and perform your preparation while the appliance is heating.
After approximately 3 minutes, open the grill and place your preparation inside: panini, meat or other foods.
Quickly close the grill, the indicator light will be turned on again.
Allow cooking for 3-8 minutes depending on your preparation. The indicator light will turn off again to indicate that cooking is probably
over.
