Warnings and precautions for use
When using electrical appliances, take the following precautions:
1.
Fully assemble this appliance according to the instructions found in this manual before connecting it to the electrical
current.
2.
Use this appliance as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire,
electric shock or injury.
3.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are
different, reduced, or lack experience or knowledge, unless such persons receive supervision or training for the operation of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
4.
To reduce the risk of injury to persons or electric shock, do not place the appliance within reach of children or allow them
to play near the appliance or play with the appliance itself. Make sure you always have children under supervision if they
are located near the appliance.
5.
Make sure that the power source is compatible with the electrical specifications of the appliance.
6.
Do not insert any foreign objects into any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may result in electric shock and/or fire. Do
not attempt to make contact with the moving handle.
7.
Do not use in areas where gas, paint or other flammable materials are present that are used or stored.
8.
Do not use near curtains, fabrics or fabrics that may block or obstruct the guards of the appliance.
9.
Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged, or after the appliance is not working properly, has been damaged
in any form, or has fallen.
10.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its authorised service agent or qualified personnel
in order to avoid danger.
11.
Use the appliance only in dry places. Do not use in places such as bath, laundry, near sinks, washing machines, swimming
pools or other water fountain.
12.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
13.
Avoid the use of electrical extensions. If an extension needs to be used, make sure it is UL and NOM certified and does not
connect more than one extension to a Fan.
14.
This appliance is not suitable for use in agricultural or livestock installations including areas where livestock, poultry or
other animals are confined. Please review the National Electricity Code (NEC) section 547-7 (2008), state or local laws or
applicable standards related to buildings intended for agriculture. This appliance does not comply with the requirement of
Article 500 (2008) of the NEC.
15.
Do not attempt to open or disassemble the appliance.
16.
Place the fixing set on the wall with the three screws. IT IS MANDATORY TO INSTALL THIS SET (It is recommended to use
1/4" taquettes embedded in the wall; are included).
17.
Make sure the fixing set is fastened to the proper wall.

Maintenance & Cleaning
• Always disconnect the fan from the power outlet before starting cleaning. Do not attempt to open any part of the motor cover
as there is a risk of electric shock. This product has been lubricated since manufacture and requires no more for the entire life of
the product, additional lubrication can cause a fire hazard.
• To clean the grilles and the aspa disassemble them from the motor cover and clean in soapy water, for all other parts just rub
with damp cloth, wait for them to dry and reassemble. Do not use cleaning or abrasive liquids. Store the product in a cool, dry
place.
