Troubleshooting
Please check if the following symptoms appear before requesting any assistance or service.
It may not be a malfunction of the product.
Issues
· The power is not
turned on.
· The sound of the
wind is loud.
· The product won't
stop.
· There is a strange
odor from the wind.
· The LED light keeps
blinking.
· The control unit LED
flashes.
Check point
· Is the power plug connected?
· Is the power too low?
· Did you step on the product?
· Did you touch the power button
of the product?
· Is there dust in the air hole?
· Is there dust on the inlet filter?
· Is the wind level on the High
setting?
· Is there any object or thing on
top of the product?
· Is this your first time using
the product?
· Did you dry it completely
after cleaning the filter?
· Did you use it in a place where
there is a lot of smoke or smell?
· Is there any foreign substance
stuck in the wind hole?
· The product is currently on
pause for 5 seconds after
operation.
· If a leak is detected, an error
code will appear on the display.
<E01>
· If a temperature sensor fault is
detected, an error code will
appear on the display.
<E02>
· If overweight (220Kg) is detected,
an error code will appear on the
display.
<C01>
· Please plug it into the outlet
correctly.
· Check if it is 120 V~
· Please step on the product.
· Press the power button of the
product.
· Please remove the dust in the
air hole.
· Please remove the dust on the
inlet filter.
· Please change wind level to
Low setting.
· Please remove the object or
thing on top of the product.
· The smell might be from the
early stages of the product as
the heater heats up.
· Dry the filter completely before
using the product.
· Use the product after ventilating
the surroundings.
· Remove foreign substances from
the product.
· When the LED lights up after 5
seconds, the product will
operate normally.
· Tilt the product to drain water
from the inside to remove leaks.
· If the error code continues to
occur, please apply for A/S.

occur, please apply for A/S.
