Description of the problem
A - The device leaks oil.
7. Safety instructions
Failure to comply with the safety instructions poses a risk to personnel, the environment and
the machine. All warranty claims are void in such a case. This manual and the safety
instructions contained herein constitute the basic instructions for operating the equipment
and the operator must ensure that these are known to the operating personnel.
Read these operating instructions carefully before commissioning.
Use of the oil dispenser for any purpose other than that intended may pose a hazard to health
and the environmental.
Do not fill the tank (5) in excess of 8 bar. The safety valve (14) opens
pressure as soon as 8 bar are exceeded.
The safety valve (14) must not be altered or manipulated
Do not fill the reservoir (5) over the STOP mark on the level indicator (6).
Be sure to place the unit on a surface that is free of oil and other slippery surfaces.

Do not place the unit on inclined surfaces; surfaces must always be level.
•
NEVER add brake fluid, fuel, flammable or corrosive liquids of any kind to the unit.
Do not expose the container to heat sources or naked flames.

Do not carry out welding work on the container.
Use only original replacement parts and do not make any changes to the oil dispenser.

When transporting the oil dispenser, ensure that the fuel nozzle (7), the manual drip stop (8) and

the sealing plugs (16) are closed. The reservoir (5) must be vented. Accidental leakage of oil is

thereby avoided.
9. Maintenance:

Keep all surfaces of the waste oil collector clean and tidy. free from dirt and oil deposits.

Regularly check all connections and systems for proper function.
10. Warranty:

If the operating instructions and the intended use of the system are observed, we are liable within the
scope of the statutory warranty.
When making warranty claims, please include the invoice of your dealer together with date of
purchase.
11. Disposal:

After use has ended, dispose of the device is in accordance with the applicable statutory
•
regulations in an environmentally friendly manner.
Oil-contaminated parts do not belong in the dustbin!
